5 January 2010 | TOP LAWYER IS NEW PRESIDENT OF TMA (UK)

One of the leading lawyers in the field of restructuring and recovery has been appointed to lead Britain's turnaround specialists as they help the country's businesses to struggle out of recession. Bryan Green starts his two-year term as TMA (UK) President today, succeeding Tyrone Courtman of Nottingham-based Cooper Parry. Mr Green is currently Partner and Co-Head of Restructuring, Reorganisation, and Insolvency at international law firm Salans, but takes over as European CEO of global advisory, restructuring, and investment specialist Gordon Brothers on 18th January.
