12 June 2009 | TMA (UK) CAUTIONS TORIES OVER CHAPTER 11 PROCEDURES

Britain's turnaround and business recovery specialists have urged the Conservatives not to rush into a commitment to introduce American-style Chapter 11 procedures should they win the next election.

TMA (UK)'s warning follows reports that Conservative leader David Cameron was keen on introducing Chapter 11 in Britain in response to widespread criticism of pre-pack administration sales.
