Marriott & Co. is a firm of Valuers and Auctioneers of plant, machinery and other commercial assets, and was established in 1987 to provide a professional and independent service.

Our Clients benefit from the security provided by the practice's membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, its on-going professional development, mandatory professional indemnity insurance cover and the RICS Clients' Money Protection Scheme.

Services

Valuations
We prepare inventories and valuation reports of plant, machinery and other business assets (such as goodwill) for purposes such as acquisition and sale, collateral, financial statements, insolvency, insurance, merger and probate.

Disposals
It is our duty to always act in the clients' best interests, and the advice we give has regard to the best means of disposal in the circumstance - whether a sale by private treaty, public tender or public auction.

Business Sales

In addition to the disposal of business assets, we act for clients in the matter of the sale or purchase of businesses as a whole, and we therefore provide an opinion as to the worth as going concerns and are well placed to negotiating the price and other formalities and assisting with the sale completion.
