Through our three lending divisions we provide lending solutions designed especially for our customers to enable them to trade successfully and grow their businesses.
- Asset Finance has the ability to lend against both new and currently owned assets via HP and leasing. It provides finance across a whole range of assets from 'small ticket' items through to high value ones.
- Trade Finance provides the complete working capital package to importers, wholesalers, distributors and manufactures, including discounting and factoring facilities. A major advantage it has over other lenders is the ability to package finance across several asset groups to help SMEs fund MBOs, financial restructuring and acquisitions.
- Property Finance provides funding for short-term bridging and development deals in both residential and commercial sector. It is able to deliver speedy lending decisions and subsequent completions allowing its customers to move quickly.
