Founded in 1992 the firm has extensive experience of building and managing the financial controls, systems and processes needed in any business, as well as managing companies through extensive corporate turnaround situations.

Our well established and highly developed processes are flexible enough to provide everything from a full turn-key "Finance function" (either from our offices or on the client premises), through to a top level part-time Finance Director role. Our working model is designed to develop long term working relationships with our clients, which we do by constantly reacting to client needs and only ever providing what is needed in the most effective way. We believe that to be effective we must work in the business as part of it, not as an 'arm's length' outside adviser.

The firm is a fully regulated practice with The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, but does not engage in any compliance or audit activities as we consider this would compromise our ability to deliver effectively.
