Company Profile

Restructuring and Insolvency

The Clarke Willmott team is made up of 24 lawyers, including 5 partners, who are spread across our offices. We work regularly with and provide a high quality service to insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, companies and boards of directors, turnaround specialists, creditors and other stakeholders in the insolvency process.

We advise on all issues facing insolvency practitioners in corporate recovery and insolvency, including appointment and trading issues and the quick, efficient and cost effective realisation of assets.

Our substantial contentious insolvency reputation and expertise provides excellent advice in relation to antecedent transaction proceedings, applications for examination or delivery up of documentation and information and any other litigation arising in the insolvency context. This is combined with imaginative funding options, which will minimise risk whilst maximising potential returns.

A market leading dedicated and specialist team in our Birmingham office will cost-effectively deal with realisation of the property in any bankruptcy and will deal with problematic annulment cases.
