Here are two typical examples of work done so far this year:
Interim CRO
Specialist £10m manufacturing company bought by private equity out of a pre-pack; the business never performed and continued making losses for three years.
PILOT's CRO replaced the board, transformed the manufacturing process, setting new KPI's with a path to profit & then managed the eventual sale of the business.
Interim CFO
£75m waste management group with a number of non-core subsidiaries all making losses without the knowledge of the directors because of the breakdown of financial & cash controls.
PILOT's interim CFO assuaged the bank, restructured the finance function and led the board in the successful disposal of the business.
